I'm Banks Benitez


In 2020 in the middle of COVID, I led my company, Uncharted, to design, plan, and pilot a 4-day workweek.

We hired a 3rd-party evaluator to measure the results, and three months later, the results were in:

  • No change in the quantity or quality of key business metrics (KPIs and revenue)
  • Increase in employee mental health
  • Reduction in work stress

Two years later, Uncharted was acquired by another 4-day workweek company.
